1) How can I get a price for BluePrint products?
You can request a quotation from our estimating department by emailing email@example.com. We will need the tile range name or reference, quantity required, and size needed. Once we have received this, one of the team will email you back with your quotation. Your quotation is valid for 90 days. Please note we are unable to give out verbal quotations over the telephone.
2) How do I place an order?
You can place your order by emailing your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org
. The order team will then action your request.
3) How do I pay for my order?
The orders team will generate a proforma invoice and send this via email. Once you have received this you can call our payment line on 0121 2683240 and a member of the team can process your payment. You can also send a direct bank transfer or pay via cheque.
4) Can I apply for a BluePrint Credit Account?
You can apply for a credit account by requesting a credit application form. You can do this by emailing the customer service team at email@example.com. Once you have received the form you will need to fill it in and return it to us., we can then process your request for a credit account. (subject to status)
5) How long will it take for me to get my order?
As our products are imported from Europe per project, lead times can vary. We say as a guide orders can take 10-14 days dependent on factory availability, however we can get a more accurate lead time before you place your order on request by contacting the estimating team at firstname.lastname@example.org
6) How can I order a sample?
You can order your samples free of charge on our website, you will need to initially register your details in the sign-up section of my account or log in if you already have an account. You can then browse our website and simply add whichever tiles you want to your basket and complete the checkout process when you are finished.
7) When will I receive my sample?
If the sample is stocked, we aim to send out you sample for next day delivery. On occasion we may have to order the sample in, the lead times vary on this, but will keep you informed of this.

9) I have a product code how do I locate this.
The quickest way to do this is by connecting with one of our online chat agents, they will happily guide you to your product.
10) Can you supply products that are not featured on your website?
Absolutely yes, if you have a product that is not featured on our website we will do our very best to supply it. You can send us an image if you need us to identify it or whatever details you have, and a member of the estimating team will provide info and pricing for you. You can do this by emailing email@example.com
11) What should I do if my delivery is damaged?
On the rare occasion this may happen you will need to let the customer service team know immediately. You will need to email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
with photographs of the damage.
