Meet Simon Peel our Sales Director. Simon founded BluePrint Ceramics along with sister Steph in 2011 and are now both venturing upon BluePrint Wood.
As the Sales Director Simon has a real flair for knowing exactly wat the client wants and with his extensive technical knowledge in both wood and ceramics, Simon will almost certainly have the answer. Simon has managed to build up great rapport with many of BluePrint’s largest clients and continues to strengthen relationships and strike up new business week in week out.
Outside of the world of BluePrint Simon is a devoted family man, and with two young daughters Simon is always on the go. Simon enjoys an active life with his family and loves nothing more than to spend a weekend camping together. Simon is also a dab hand in the kitchen and enjoys trying out new recipes, one or two of these have even found their way into the BluePrint office much to the delight of the team.
Meet Steph Peel our Operations Director. Steph Founded Blueprint Ceramics along with brother Simon in 2011 and are now both venturing upon BluePrint Wood.
Steph’s Meticulous attention to detail and precise organisational skills means that the company operations are flawlessly managed. Steph has extensive technical knowledge of both tiles and wood flooring and is always on hand for one to one support for all our clients at any stage of the order to delivery process.
Steph with her infectious energetic personality is the pulse of the BluePrint office. In her spare time Steph is a keen gym fanatic and enjoys personal training sessions at her local gym. At weekends, you will often see Steph racking up the miles on her bike. When Steph isn’t busy keeping fit she enjoys holidaying in exotic destinations and spending time with her much loved family, you will often see Steph at a family event or looking after her two young nieces. Steph is certainly the life and soul of BluePrint.
Meet Rebecca who is the Marketing Manager at BluePrint Ceramics, Beccy has been working at BluePrint Ceramics for just short of a year and even though she is the newest member of the team she has quickly settled in and fast became an integral part of the company. Beccy’s vivid imagination is what keeps the marketing side of the business vibrant, new and exciting. Beccy is very innovative and is always coming up with new ways to market our new ranges and is able to add her flair to just about anything!
In her spare time Beccy loves going out for meals and a few drinks in her favourite quirky haunts, the more different and eclectic the better. Beccy is also somewhat of a ‘soccer mum’ too always running around after her two boys making sure they’re at practice and games on time, this year she also became season ticket holder at AVFC with her youngest son. When life is not revolving around football Beccy is a keen crafter you will always find glitter in her house or in her hair.
Meet Sue Peel, our Project Coordinator. Sue has been part of BluePrint since the company was founded in 2011. Sue’s role is to keep in contact with new and existing clients during the sample and quotation process to make sure they have everything they need or may need in the future from BluePrint.
Sue has a vast amount of customer focussed experience and always delivers a friendly professional service to all our clients.
Sue is always a friendly go to in the BluePrint Office and looks after each member of Staff. In her spare time Sue is a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother and loves spending time with her Grand Daughters who always keep her on her toes. Outside of family life Sue likes to dine out with friends and relaxing in the garden Sue also likes to create culinary magic in the kitchen, not to mention the odd bit of retail therapy. The BluePrint office would not be the same without sue.
Meet Jules who manages our Samples department. Jules has an unbelievable amount of knowledge when it comes to tiles. If you need to ask a question Jules will no doubt have the answer. Having worked in the tile industry for many years the chances are if Jules doesn’t know it nobody will.
Outside of the BluePrint samples department Jules enjoys spending time with her family and is considered a family matriarch amongst her relatives. Jules will always go out of her way to help you and BluePrint simply wouldn’t be the same without Jules.
Meet Chelsea who is part of the BluePrint Internal Sales Support team. Chelsea has been part of the team for 3 years and has extensive amounts of technical knowledge regarding our tile and wood ranges along with everything our clients need to know about pricing. Chelsea makes sure the client receives the most competitive costings for their products when specifying projects.
Chelsea has recently become a first-time mum to a beautiful little boy. In her spare time Chelsea will be seen out and about with friends and family and of course her bouncing baby boy. Chelsea is finding everyday as a mum a new adventure and has taken to motherhood like a duck to water.
Website Content Administrator
Alex has recently joined the marketing department as a Website Content Administrator. Alex looks after and maintains the BluePrint website, adding new products and updating our collections.
Alex enjoys his football and is a loyal supporter of Bradford City. When Alex isn’t watching football, you might find him on the golf course.
Alex has only recently moved to Birmingham and is getting used to our local twangs and sayings. The office staff have been teaching Alex about ‘’cobs ‘’ and ‘’islands’’.
Tom is the youngest member of the BluePrint team. He has recently joined the company as a member of the warehouse department. He takes care of our incoming and outgoing deliveries, organises the warehouse and takes charge of our forklift. He works very hard whatever the weather and has taken to his role extremely well.
Tom is the cheeky chappy of the company and is usually up to some sort of mischief, but his office ‘’mums’’ keep a close eye on him. Tom can usually be found busily working away with his head phones in listening to his rap music. In his spare time Tom likes shopping at his favourite designer stores or can be found getting a fresh skin fade at the local barber shop.
