Surface Design 2015

Surface 2015 kicks off at the London Business Design Centre on the 10th February and we will be exhibiting as we did last year and look forward to seeing you there! We will have on display a selection of tiles from our 2015 collection for your perusal and our team will be on hand to discuss any project requirements that you may have.

Pendulum Testing

Pendulum testing provides tile manufacturers and distributors with slip ratings to ensure that the correct tiles are used for the correct applications. BluePrint Ceramics have recently purchased a Pendulum Testing Machine and are now certificated to offer Pendulum tests as part of our package.

Grind

An aesthetic examination of many different types of stone has led to us selecting the characteristic properties of certain natural examples, which now take on a ceramic form within our GRIND collection. Through the artificial formation of graphic combinations and colour variations they are unusual when compared to their natural counterparts. GRIND is an interpretation in a contemporary style of the inspirations offered by nature to create a complete and adaptable floor and wall tile design range.

Nuance

This is a jump back in time to a world of vintage knick-knacks, black and white photos, old diaries and bygone memories imitated in the eyes of a younger generation. It is a journey back to our traditional roots to rediscover who we are today. NUANCE is an entirely new tile collection in which our grandparents’ traditions bloom again in new settings and with renewed emotion and endless passion. Similar to a young girl who wears her grandmother’s wedding dress to finally become a lady. Or better still, like a surface that springs roots without which would be simple leaves blown away by the wind.

Ardor

ARDOR is a marble effect, high quality porcelain tile collection which reproduces some of the world’s finest marbles including Calacatta Oro, Statuario Venato, Grey st. Laurent, Graphite,Marfil and Dark Emperador. ARDOR places 6 inspirational marble styles and 3 surfaces finishes aimed at meeting any project requirement, in order to transform environments with a fashionable and sought after appeal.

Duplex

Start all over again with your design process, free your mind as your walls and floors go back to primordial shapes, patterns and colours. With DUPLEX, BluePrint Ceramics has created an unprecedented level of simplicity. These double fired tiles boast individually coloured patterns and interconnecting 3D triangle decorations. The potential for modulation with this product is endless resulting in a pure design. Sharing similarities with someone wanting to start afresh in a new direction, first you must give up everything you know and go back to being a child.
